Today I saw Hibiscus Powder at my favorite shop in the East Village, AllSpice. I smelled it, tasted it and took in its lovely purple hue. Not sure how to describe it except for tart. Lots of great antioxidants in this stuff as well. I would LOVE to incorporate it into a new recipe. Shoot me a note of you can think of a way to incorporate it into something fantastic and I’ll give it a go!
